YOU ARE PAYING A RESERVATION FEE, THIS IS NOT THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PROPERTY.

The reservation fee will hold the property from being sold for approximately 5 days which costs of 2 days to generate your contract documents and 3 days for you to return the documents and submit any down payment if purchasing with seller financing.

You may review additional information about the property, visit the property, or ask any additional questions during this time.

NO CREDIT CHECK IS REQUIRED.

The electronically signed documents and down payment are both due at the end of your 3 day review period.
